Welcome to Ghost, By using any Ghost Services, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions the Terms of Service. You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained or expressly referenced in these Terms of Service.

AGE

GOR is an Adult Community, and Ghost products are Gor related; You must be the older of: 18 years, or at least the age of majority in the jurisdiction where you reside and from which you use the Services to open an Account.

GHOST RIGHTS

The Services have a range of features and functionalities. Not all Services or features will be available to all users at all times and we are under no obligation to make any Services or features available in any jurisdiction. We reserve the right to modify the Services/Products or any part thereof for any reason, without notice and at any time.

Verbal or written abuse of any kind (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any Ghost employee, member, or officer will result in immediate Account termination.

We reserve the right to provide our Services and Products to your competitors and make no promise of exclusivity.

We reserve the right to terminate any of our Services or Products for any reason.

PAYMENT OF SUBSCRIPTION FEES

Users will pay the Fees applicable to your subscription Subscription Fees, Meter price is (( 99 Lindens )) for the users "players", they are paid only one time and all the updates are FREE, they can consider them a kind of a small donation.

The meter price can be changed based on service cost changes, if the services we are using change we will also need to change the fees to cover the cost changes.

VENDING SYSTEMS FOR AFFILIATES

Upon the purchase of the owner's kit, you will receive a package contains all the products you need to setup and start using Ghost systems on your land including the the vending system we use.

We are using the Casper-tech "Casper-vend" vending system to process payments and transactions, and to transfer vend owners' commission or to apply group discounts, gifts, updates, and redelivery services.

Region owners and Affiliates will have a special Casper-tech vending system, and they can choose either have a commission of 25% of sales on their lands or 25% as a group discount for their group members.

When you rez the Casper-vend it will ask permission to access, thats how ALL Second Life vendors work, so don't panic, Casper-vend is used widely and most well known stores and businesses use them; Still you are free to use them or not or to grant permissions or not, but thats what we use as a vending system.

Finally, we don't and can't force anyone to use the system, people are free to use Ghost or any of the free available alternatives and we don't and can't force sim owners to put our vending machines on their regions as well, they are free to have it or not, it is that simple.

BETA SERVICES AND PRODUCTS:

Beta Services may be offered from time to time. They are not a part of the regular Services, and they might have errors or change at any time. You use Beta Services at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any losses or harm that might come from using a Beta Service. You may be required to keep your participation in the Beta Services confidential.

From time to time, Ghost may, in its sole discretion, invite you to use, on a trial basis, pre-release or beta features that are in development and not yet available to all users (“Beta Services”). Beta Services are not part of the Services, and Beta Services may be subject to additional terms and conditions, which Ghost will provide to you prior to your use of the Beta Services.

Such Beta Services and all associated conversations and materials relating thereto will be considered Ghost Confidential Information and subject to the confidentiality provisions in this agreement. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you agree that you will not make any public statements or otherwise disclose your participation in the Beta Services without Ghost’s prior written consent. Ghost makes no representations or warranties that the Beta Services will function.

Ghost may discontinue the Beta Services at any time in its sole discretion. Ghost will have no liability for any harm or damage arising out of or in connection with a Beta Service. The Beta Services may not work in the same way as a final version. Ghost may change or not release a final or commercial version of a Beta Service in our sole discretion.

FEEDBACK AND REVIEWS:

Ghost welcomes any ideas and/or suggestions regarding improvements or additions to the Services.
By purchasing the Ghost meter, it does NOT mean we work for you. The small payment you make is a "Subscription Fee", which covers the system running expenses for the domain, host, servers, and SSL certificate.

You can NOT tell us what to do or force us to "Add/Remove/Change" features just because you paid for the system "whether you are a user or region owner"; This system belongs to a big and old community which is Gor; Gor has its rules and laws that we all follow "users, owners, and creators", a nd we will not "Add/Remove/Change" features or options for individuals especially if they affect the system overall performance and Gor game-play standards.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Technical support in respect of the Services is only provided to Ghost Users and Region Owners.

MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to update or change any portion of the Terms of Service at any time.
